Also, I am a vegetarian and had been eating 2 eggs a day for a couple of months ( to get more protein). Can this make a variation in a persons cholesterol level?

Some of the causes of high cholesterol: family history (if a name in your family, regardless how closely related you are or how distantly related you are has/had high cholesterol, you’re more prone to have it), diets in high saturated stout (ie: stout around steak, oil, a fantastic deal of fried food), a fantastic deal of cheese can increase it also. Eggs do play a role in high cholesterol, but if you’re eating only 2 per day, unless your doc has specific health guidelines for you, there should be no problem…try out with them.
