Heart disease is one of the nation’s deadliest killers taking the lives of nearly one million Americans each year. Each of us has a different susceptibility to cardiovascular disease. Your fitness level and what you eat plays a major role. Approximately 64 million Americans have cardiovascular disease, and here’s the shocker; as many as 40 percent of those who suffer a heart attack have no symptoms. A heart attack may occur due to heart disease but not always and although it is the leading cause of fatality it can be prevented. Women usually have fewer heart attacks than men but after menopause women catch up to men in the digit of heart attacks experienced.

So, what are the factors that lead to heart disease?
The most commonly recognized risk factors are:

1    Stress
2    Smoking
3    High levels of LDL cholesterol (terrible cholesterol)
4    Low levels of HDL cholesterol (excellent cholesterol)
5    High Blood-difficulty.
6    Stoutness
7    Diabetes
8    Destructive form of amino acid called homocysteine
9    Genetics
The heart is the most crucial organ to sustain life and to keep it ticking efficiently, our priority should be to preclude its wear. The simplest Mantra for prevention of heart disease is; eat well, exercise and adopt a healthy lifestyle. This has been said countless times before and the simple truth is that those who do follow through with the advice delight in a much healthier and longer life.

NOTE: Always try out with your doctor first before changing or implementing any sort of a diet or exercise curriculum especially if you’re taking prescription or over the counter medicines.

Some factors to deliberate when adopting a healthier lifestyle include but not limited to: (also try out with your doctor)

1     Cut down on dietary stout and cholesterol

2     Try out your blood difficulty evenly

The American Heart Association lists them as:

-Uncomfortable difficulty, fullness or squeezing and excruciating pain in the chest.
-Pain spreading to shoulder, neck, and arms. Specifically left sided neck and arm pain.
-Light headedness, fainting.
-Shortness of breath with small exertion.
-Profuse sweating.

The first hour is very critical. So, don’t dissipate time thinking its gas or flatulence. Act immediately and call 911 don’t dissipate time calling your doctor, he’ll most likely question you to call 911 anyway. Heart disease can be straightforwardly prevented it’s just a matter of implementing a healthier lifestyle.

What is high cholesterol? It is an imbalance of the two main cholesterols in our bodies.

Our liver manufactures most of the cholesterol found in our system. Only a very small amount is added from the foods we eat. Cholesterol its self is not a terrible thing — in fact it is absolutely necessary for our continued existence.

The two main cholesterols — are characterized by the terms ‘Excellent’ (HDL– High density Lipoprotein ) and ‘Terrible’ (LDL – Low Density Lipoprotein)– meaning you have both excellent cholesterol and terrible cholesterol in your body.

These terms for cholesterol are a simplification . Your body needs both cholesterols, but in the right weigh. The term high cholesterol comes in when this weigh is out of whack and we are said to have high cholesterol.

The right nature of your ‘Cholesterol Problem’ is the imbalance between the excellent and terrible cholesterol.

Your ‘Excellent’ cholesterol can be below the normal range, while the ‘Terrible’ cholesterol can be at the normal range making a cholesterol problem. Or both the ‘Excellent’ and the ‘Terrible’ are high giving you –again – a cholesterol problem. Then there is the ‘Excellent’ cholesterol at a normal level and the ‘Terrible’ at a higher then normal once again giving you a cholesterol problem.

Confused? Please don’t be. When you question the question — What is high cholesterol? It simply means an imbalance of the two.

Correcting this imbalance is the goal and sometimes all that is needed is a small more exercise and a change of diet. Sometimes this is all it takes.

For no matter what reasons–sometimes this is not enough and we must commence using drugs – known as statins – which do reduce cholesterol – all the cholesterol — both excellent and terrible. Having done this we still windup with an imbalance!

It has been learned, many people who take statin drugs – experience some form of intolerance to these drugs and the side affects can be quite severe. There is growing evidence that statins cause loss Coenzyme Q10.

Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) is found in every cell, is produced by the human body and is necessary for the vital functioning of all cells. Especially those of the heart and liver.

Obviously loosing CoQ10 could very much place your life at risk!
