I am 35 years ancient and I weight 80KGS and have very high Cholesterol I need to know what is the best type of food for me!

Minimize fried foods.
Chicken, fish, lean pork.
Don’t over do it with red meat (beef).

Whole grains are excellent. Oatmeal and oat based cereals (such as Cheerios) can lower your values.

Weight loss & exercise are also huge helps.
