Hell to the no. He has no documents to prove he is a doctor!?! why would anyone even reckon in this area it, it’s not prescribing cough medicine it’s OPEN HEART SURGERY. I do hope you aren’t serious.
This has nothing to do with him being an illegal alien but it has every thing to do with him not being qualified to this possibly.
