it’s been proven that cholesterol from food, unless it is highly processed, has no no change on your blood cholesterol level. Another thing, according to a medical doctor, approximately 6% of all doctors in the U.S. take a nourishment course in medical school each year. Also, the nourishment course is optional. The only thing(s) they are taught in medical school are how to recognize the symptoms of a disease and how to use medication.

This is a textbook model of how the MSM bullshits us. He jumps from one point to another with no connection. HDL and LDL are lipoproteins, then 3 seconds later they are magically cholesterol. Status quo enforcing assclown, he should be on CNN more.
Probably not because of the dreadful toupee’.

For my supplements I use iherb.com. They have very excellent price, quick shipping, fantastic service. Use promo code ZAY467 on first order to get $5 off.

    No Really,
logic would tell you that allmost ANYTHING you consume is not excellent for you if you OVER-DO it, if you never work-out or reckon in this area a diet.
You can eat WHATEVER you like and that INCLUDES Cholesterol,
if you are a Person that goes to gym 5-6 times a week for 1-2 hours a day then Cholesterol won’t hurt you.
    Talking in this area LOGIC!!!!!

  5. TheSaguaro22 says:

@lovecancer060988 what makes you reckon this doctor is incorrect. It seems logical to me.

  6. davidtravis1 says:

I reversed my diabetes and high cholesterol, I show on my page especially the rave diet vid I have on my page if you click my name on the left, You will see cancer, diabetic and heart disease patients reversing their disease with natural diet, it shows that by cleansing the body of toxins with a all vegetable diet you body will heal itsef, I like the testimonials given by real patients on my page that confess to healing themselves even when facing terminal disease

  8. lovecancer060988 says:

you dont HAVE to stop eating quick food to stay in affect.
Just like anything else you eat you dont need to OVERDO it

Cholesterol does NOT cause Heart attack IN AND OF ITSELF,
if you have to much honey you can die, if you have to much stout you can die,
if you have to much of allmost ANYTHING you can die,
so the concept that cholesterol is “Terrible” for you is totaly WRONG

Eat no matter what you like and Work out a small and you will be fine
Doctors REALLY need to Stop promotion DISS-Information

  10. hardlypinxt says:

    Legend, couldn’t agree more

  11. Marieannie2 says:

I reckon the key is moderation. Also, the are other factors to deliberate. People should stop maligning cholesterol by itself because it is necessary for cell membrane, steroid synthesis, etc…

What people should do probably is to watch how much we eat so that we do not end up being a beach whale.

  12. 007gforce says:

I better stop eating quick food………man

  13. AppleSouffle says:

As cholesterol has been demonized for so many years we have not been able to clear the blackboard and go around… all studies of dead people have failed to show an association between their intake of saturated stout, or their serum cholesterol, and the degree of atherosclerosis. People who dodge all saturated stout and who have low cholesterol become just as atherosclerotic as people who gorge in animal food and whose cholesterol is high.

    – Doctor Uffe Ravnskov

  14. hardlypinxt says:

when I shop at my local butchers I am fully aware of how the animals are reared, how they are slaughtered and how they are then cut up for sale. But you’re right, a business is there to make money, and not to look out for your health, just look at statins and the pharmaceutical companies that sell them.

  17. spirit7000 says:

do you trust meat packers thinking their looking
    out for your health.
any business is in business to make money not
    to keep you healthy

  18. spirit7000 says:

    drugs will kill you.
    food wont
natural food i am talking in this area no meat

  19. hardlypinxt says:

This is bullshit. Why would eating meat- which we’ve been eating for thousands of years be terrible for us? This guy is seriously misguided.

  20. AnEscapedMind says:

  22. jmoon219 says:

  24. timgillan says:

Yep I really agree with you! I have just been told in this area a documentary called “Stout Head” that exposes ‘Ancel Keys’ the initiator of the ‘Lipid Hypothises’ so try out it out if you haven’t al ready :) I am trying to collect videos for my PT clients so if you have any you can recommend that would be fantastic :)

  25. jmoon219 says:

I own the record for terrible cholesterol. It’s like a million or something, lol. Anyway, my “terrible” cholesterol was well over 200 while the “excellent” didn’t even show up on the test it was so low. And those damn triglicyerides (sp?) were dangerously high. So, I’m on 2 meds, one to lower the terrible, one to raise the excellent, and fish oil pills to help lower the t’s. It sux. Side effects are dreadful.
