Question by Katie: What are excellent equipment to place in a care wrap for heart surgery uncomplaining?
A friend of my fiance and mine is having surgery to repair a hole in her heart and I want to place something together for her for while she is recovering (books, magazines, movies, etc.). She has two small children and I’m sure her husband will be taking care of them while she is recovering. Anyone have any excellent thoughts of what they all might find helpful? I want to find some equipment to help her pass the time while she is not sleeping, and maybe something for her husband and the kids. Any suggestions would be helpful! Thanks all!

Question by J. M: How can you reduce high cholesterol naturally with diet and exercise?
I have been having tingling fingers, somewhat numb tongue, vertigo touch and I am concerned that it may be high cholesterol . I have been tested in the past and my numbers have been right at border line. My blood sugars are fine and my blood difficulty was fine this daylight. Would anyone who has high cholesterol know if your symptoms are in the danger zone? Please advise. Thanks.

I take Garlique every daylight and my cholesterol has been around 160 for the last 3 years, which is a very excellent level. I believe the Garlique helps.
